Our team member, Stuart Hayslett, with the Underbridge Equipment Rental division, attended the 2020 Cow Key Zero K Bridge Run, which took place on February 29, 2020, in Key West. This fun race is a playful pun on popular Key West 5k races and the seven-mile bridge run.
It was a fun weekend. McClain & Co., Inc., SE Regional office, was contracted by Terra Tech, LLC to provide the underbridge access equipment and operator to perform the repairs on the Cow Key Bridge. The first set of repairs was completed and our team is scheduled to return back in November 2020. We are grateful to be part of this project and also had the opportunity to compete on this fun annual event. We look forward to participating again next year.
Stuart is a certified underbridge access operator and trainer in compliance with the new ANSI/SAIA A92 Suite of Standards. Stuart’s home is in Virginia and we are so proud that he represented us at this important annual event and got to enjoy his time at the Cow Key 0K Bridge Run.
We want to thank Terra Tech, LLC’s team for supporting Stuart during the race and for sharing the event video and pictures with us. Stuart’s costume for the Cow Key 0k race was sponsored by the Sugarloaf Lodge & Tavern, and he looked amazing!
